Not a restaurant as such, but the food is good.  The wine list is not a list it's a book and the ambience is great.  Recommendations are the Oysters, The Steak Sandwich and the Mushroom Risotta if it's on.

Very popular American Diner in Eastbourne, located in Seaside, close to the seafront, as well as some decent bars. Food is of the burgers, chicken, steak etc variety, with some other choices thrown in for good measure, and the portions are certainly big enough.

My date went for a Cheeseburger, which was huge, whilst I had a Cajun Chicken, which was spicy and absolutley superb. Would definatley go again.

Contemporary Italian resturant in the heart of Eastbourne. Very nice food - Pizza, Pasta, but also steak and other dishes as well. Great atmosphere - on the night we went, it was another diners' birthday, and they were treated to darkened lights midway through the evening, and were serenaded by all the staff (including the chef!) with songs and instruments.

Food was top quality - I had a Pizza, and my date a Chicken dish, and both were cooked to perfection. Very reasonable as well, and highly reccomended.

Bar and restaurant. It opens from 12 pm to 11 pm (or something like that) from Sundays to Fridays.

12 pm to 3 pm lunch is served - 6 pm to 9 pm dinner is served. The rest of the time just drinks such as beers, rum-cola, gin-tonic, and any kind of mix drinks that include vodka, rum, gin, tequila, whisky, and sometimes other stuff. Red and white wine too. The best drink offered: Rum Punch (coconut rum, pineapple and orange juice, rum Myers and grenadine).  Also juices (not natural), sodas, water.

Menu for lunch/dinner: conch bites, chicken bites, chicken/shrimp/veggie quesadillas, grilled grouper, cracked conch, home made burger, everything with fries, peas, rice, salads. Excellent grilled chicken salad and specials every day. Neither dessert, nor coffee though.

The cooks are excellent. The waitress/bartenders ... depending the day and the time. But all of them are very nice and funny and the view of the turquoise waters are totally worth it!! Perfect to enjoy the sunset while watching the whales...

Beautiful small café and restaurant with a gift shop and a museum with history of the salt production on the island. It opens at 8 am, breakfast served until it closes (around 5 pm) and lunch from 12 pm.  Chicken, shrimp and veggie wraps and sandwiches, daily specials with sea food, chicken, clam chowder and a variety of salads. Brownies, rhum cake, cinammon buns and other home made cakes to die for... And to drink, they offer a choice of beers, sodas, juices, iced tea and cold lemonade.

The gift shops offerrs beautiful t-shirts, jewelry, mugs, spa products but mainly excellent salt potpourri at very affordable prices.

This tiny place on the beach next to the sand road in Roatan's west end is always packed and for good reason. Set menus for the best value meals available in Roatan perhaps ? They specialise in rotisserie chicken but the shrimp is also a little known favourite of mine and they do great sides like potato salads and rice. Very good value for money and its minimum fuss. Its not swanky though very casual and cool here.

A favourite of mine this Half Moon Bay Venue has the unique setting that allows you to get a table on the sand right on the water under the safe palm trees if you can brave the sand flies ! Wear repellent as its an absolute must for the visitor to Roatan. Listen as the water laps the sand due to the reef stopping any measure of swell from getting to the shore.

A menu of fish and steak dishes with great sides and amazing bottles of wine. Inside is also very pleasing if you cant get on the beach. Service is very good and the hotel joining this business is equally high standard. The prices are not the cheapest nor the highest though it is considered high end for Roatan.
