When we arrive at the amazingly beautiful, snow-white sandy island of Nosy Iranja we will camp in the native village and then you have a variety of options. Sunbathe on the almost 2 kilometres of fabulous sandbar, snorkel and swim with turtles. If you feel like it, we can take you to the top of the island to see the lighthouse with a fabulous view of the 2 islands of Iranja and the Indian Ocean. You can also take a short excursion around the island. Later, a traditional Malagasy lunch in the fishing village, then heading back to Nosy Be. This trip is the only way for visitors arriving by cruise ship to get to the island of Iranja and admire this stunning part of the world. Starting on the main square of Hell Ville, where Nosy Be's big market and our office are. We dive into the hustle and colourful cavalcade of the market. Then Lemuria Land. In the beautiful jungle park you can get up close and personal with more than 10 species of lemur. It's home to giant tortoises over 200 years old, the largest chameleons, crocodiles and many other interesting species to see and even touch. We visit their ylang-ylang distillery to admire it in amidst a cloud of intoxicating fragrance. After, either lunch in the best Malagasy restaurant or go on to visit the famous Sacred Tree. It's like the Tree of Souls in the movie Avatar. With luck, we meet a friendly lemur family too. Then we go on to the hidden waterfall, but before arriving we have lunch at the restaurant of the local fish smoker. After a 5-10 min jungle walk, head for the waterfall's cooling lake.
