The skywalk tour is designed to cater to everyone. The skywalk is an opportunity to experience more about the bungy jumping operation and learn about the construction of the bridge and the history of bungy jumping. The skywalk starts with some general information and an awe-inspiring view of the Bloukrans River Gorge and the massive expanse of the arch bridge where the Bungy takes place. Included in the tour is the exhilarating experience of walking on the suspended walkway 216 meters above the Bloukrans River. It is bolted to the underside of the road deck and leads out to the top of the arch, where the bungy jumping takes place. For those brave enough, we offer an optional “lean out” on our Hang Out Zone. This entails having a full body harness fitted, connecting to two safety lines, and stepping up to the edge of the bridge.
