Just across from the Panamanian border these two beach side towns. Difficult to get to if you can't afford to fly they have remained unspoilt. Take a long boat ride from Turbo. The place has a Caribbean feel.
Check on the availability of Banks and ATM's for money before you go.
Things to do here include an hour Jungle hike with natural pools to cool off in. Visit Aguacate another hike of an hour. Also take your ID across the border into Panama (north of Sapzurro) and La Miel beach but the best beach is Playa Soledad a longer hike which you can do with a tour. Getting there.
1: The cheapest way here is by boat from Turbo and it takes 3 hours departing daily sometimes the boat leaves twice in high season but its always a morning boat.
2: You can fly from Medellin.
